1. Even for multiplayer this is pointless to set the Eagles and Hawks to 'all' because they appear anyway when they are set to 'eagle' or 'hawk'.
2. For single player - fake - look Mastro answer above

If you have downloaded patch 3 and setup-launcher before 20.04.2014 redownload the files! (latest version is patch 3 v1.2c)
Note: setup-launcher is a early beta - experimental - and if used with edited files (especially exec) may cause serious problems!
