bah lo del sonido es bien sencillo y podría quedar así.
El juego está por defecto configurado sin sonido. Si quieren tener sonido, pueden arrastrar el archivo sndsetup al ejecutable de DosBox o si quieren monten en DosBox el directorio donde tienen el C1-Online y ejecuten sndsetup. Luego basta con que hagan un Autoconfig y acepten los cambios con OK. Listo ya tendrán el juego con sonido.

The game is by default configured without sound. If you want sound, you can drag the file sndsetup to DosBox executable. However if you want, you can mount C1-Online directory in DosBox and run sndsetup. Then simply make an Autoconfig and accept with OK. Ready, you will able to play with sound.
