All right...this is getting ridiculous now..
I typed IWANTTOFIDDLE at the race start screen...heard the two screeches, Now El Morte Desert loads and runs, but my addon opponents won't run anymore..
I try to load my Wez bike and it crashes to Windows with:

Line 66
Expression String !=NULL
It's like the game is adamant about only that particular carname.txt file being encrypted now...
