I have the solution for you.
Replace the winmm.dll and wsock32.dll archives of the special edition for the winmm.dll and wsock32.dll of the MELDPACK EDITION:
https://rr2000.cwaboard.co.uk/blog/index.p...28v1.3.1%29
(DOWNLOAD the MELDPACK on the right part of the screen when you enter in the link)
If the special edition doesn't have these two archives , add these two archives of the MELDPACK EDITION to the folder of special edition.
When you search the wsock32.dll inside the MELDPACK , you have to search in the DOCS/winsock. The winmm.dll is in the first folder.
If you dont have the winmm.dll it doesnt matter, its an addon for the audio cd. Put only the wsock32.dll
