You asking for help, not giving enough details... suggesting we all are stupid...
If someone answer you don't listen or don't answer at all, so we don't even know it's useful for you or you even try to do what we suggest. This is good practice to leave feedback. Otherwise don't be surprised we will ignore you or deleting your posts.
Did you noticed I fixed your files for you? And my advice about creating new peds?
With this 'the car' skin what is the missing file name? From where you have that screen shot? Don't you think this information will help?. -

OH! the file I'm looking for is the original skin that was made back when I was born, 1999, wayback machine lost it, that screenshot is a screenshot of the skin from '99, compare it to my the car skin (my avatar)

On my CWA post, I was not trying to be rude or spoiled, I was trying to be descriptive and prove what I'm trying to say, cause if I had not, they would have said 'just replace 'none' with <insert window texture here>
