That Youtube channel was run by Doomsday-Biker, he sure did a ton of great skins but almost all lost now  I think I tried to contact him eons ago about this.
About the cyberdel stuff, he was a CWA member and his username was DinGo. I've never seen these skins available anywhere, even at his website's older url.
Funnily enough, both individuals were named Daniel IIRC.
You could try and contact both via biker's youtube/dingo's deviantart but they've apparently both been silent for the last 14 years :>
