OK, Here I am... I was busy trying to recreate Russian translation, but there is still so much to do... Then I have created tool which allow extraction of Carmageddon for Android (not robot). Now I feel not so good... I need a brake, but still lots of ideas...
About Robots - this sound is included in UCP under "Alternative robot sound" option. Also more alternative stuff is there.
For UCP: Full install Carmageddon to short path - for example to C:\CARMAUCP (any version - may be High Octane) then install UCP there (select options you like, install UPC as many times you want, but do not modify any files!). For Win 95 version try with exec + dll from Special Edition. If you will install Mini CD, you will be able to use any other execs too.
BTW: Alex, have you tested latest Special Edition with latest patch 3?

Nop, it just very simple tool which *allow* to extract files from Android obb archive (only obb with one file are supported, which is enough for all currently available Carmageddon obb files). I'm really surprised no one has done that before, anyway I'm first who modified the Android version 
. Android version is almost same as iOS, except for textures which are in unknown IMAGEMAP format. For other files Reincarnation tools can be used as for iOS. Unfortunately I can't use Trent's tools since those are not XP compatible.

I have found a car pack I mentioned earlier in this topic... it's on Alex page, Alex "Trent":

It look like Trent and Errol already know the IMAGEMAP file format, so it should be possible to edit textures either, however Trent's tools need Win 7 (maybe Vista too) or above. One of those tools need 64 bit OS.
About the sounds - I think "Atari" came from Atari SAM Synthesizer, so any text can be recorded using it
