Ok, So here's the plot, I had Chevelle's Farmbogeddon Skin on Monster Masher, Ok? so I decide to reskin it into Dark tooth from Twisted Metal 2, I try to but Parts of the Farmbogeddon skin are still showing up, so I decide: Ok, let me try to import the ORIGINAL Monster Masher Skin back in, and import parts of my Dark Tooth Skin. I fully replace the Farmbogeddon skin, Insert the original, then import parts of my Dark Tooth Skin (MTFENDER, MTFWING, MTRRRWNG, MTGRILL, MTTAIL, MTCABACK, MTONNO, MTCHASFT, MTCHASRL, MTWHEEL AND MTTYRE are the only ones I've imported.) I left the original blue skin part alone for now. Now, when It shows up ingame, It's supposed to be completely blue, with the skin part I added. No Green Farmbogeddon, right? 
Well, When I test It ingame...
