Hello,
since we don't know what you miss, I put step by step setup:
1. extract http://rr2000.toshiba-3.com/R4/C1/Reventon_C1.rar to C1
2. edit GENERAL.TXT - replace "BLKEAGLE.TXT" with "NMXS.TXT"
3. edit OPPONENT.TXT - replace Opponent 0 entry as follow:QUOTE// Opponent 0

Strength rating must stay "-1" - to disable this car for opponents
Network availability must stay "eagle" - it's for network play where *must* be six "eagle" cars
4. look in resolution folders (DATA\##x##x#\CARS\) if NMXS.TXT *is missing* then copy BLKEAGLE.TXT to NMXS.TXT (otherwise leave as is). Do it in all present resolution folders (in this case except for 64X48X8 where this file is already present).
so:
copy \CARMA\DATA\32X20X8\CARS\BLKEAGLE.TXT to NMXS.TXT (in same folder)
etc. (if you have more resolutions folders)
Do not mix this files from different folders - those are set for each resolution for display default interiors in game, so from now on each of "cheat" cars will have NEMIXIS interior (only in 640x480 resolution in this case).
I think you have missed step 4, probably set something wrong in 3 and maybe also missed 2
PS. To full replace you need to replace menu animation and caricons

EDIT: Just remembered. It was step 4..
